Whether in our offices or in the field, we make a difference in our communities. As a grassroots 501c3 nonprofit organization, we are a hardworking, motivated and inspired team committed to getting your life back to normal, whatever it takes. We can’t prevent the crisis from entering your life, but we can stand alongside you when it comes and offer a competent, caring hand to see you through it. 

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide hope and help for relief to all people who are currently, or have recently, experienced a disaster, whether man-made or natural.

It doesn’t matter your background, location, age or ethnicity, if you’re experiencing a crisis, we’re here to help. Whether it’s a fire, flood, or some other natural or man-made disaster, we work with you to get you all the relief and support you need. Period. We’ll get things back on track. It’s what we do!


Our Fundamental Principles

At Fire & Flood Rescue, we have adopted the following principles which guide our work and influence our decisions. We are committed to making these principles an integral part of everything we do.

Humanity: We help alleviate the suffering you encounter when there is a natural or manmade disaster in your life through understanding, friendship and compassion.

Impartiality: We help all people, regardless of nationality, race, religious beliefs or political affiliations.

Response Time: You aren’t going to wait 48–72 hours to hear back when you need help, now! We respond promptly, so you can get help right away!

Context, Perspective, Empathy: You need someone toreally understand your problem, empathize, not judge you, and put things into a proper perspective. That’s exactly what we do, so you can get through your issue with the least amount of frustration as possible.

Action: It’s one thing to plan for a crisis; it’s another thing to deploy that plan. We already know what to do, so we don’t waste time trying to figure it out. We take immediate action to get the help you need, when youneed it - which is right away!

Lack of Friction: We’ll be that buffer between you and your service providers -whether it is an insurance company or a credit union - so that you can focus on your family and getting your life back to normal.

Accountability: We pride ourselves on being accountable to you, and on making service providers accountable to us! You can have peace of mind that things will be done, and that they will be done right!
